1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Yvorion's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yvorion regarding your use of our tourism services.

2. Service Description

Yvorion provides premium Canadian tourism services including but not limited to guided tours, wildlife experiences, cultural excursions, and travel consultation services throughout Canada. All services are subject to availability and seasonal conditions.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process: All bookings must be confirmed with appropriate deposit or full payment as specified at time of booking. Confirmation is subject to availability and acceptance by Yvorion.

Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the payment schedule provided at booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

Price Changes: Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other factors beyond our control. Price changes will be communicated promptly.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Detailed cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our separate Refund Policy. Please review this policy carefully as cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and service type.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

Documentation: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation for their journey.

Health and Safety: Travelers must disclose any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities. Some tours may require minimum fitness levels.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all participants. Yvorion is not responsible for costs arising from medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability and Limitation

Service Limitations: While we strive to provide exceptional service, Yvorion's liability is limited to the value of services purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Third Party Services: Many tour components involve third-party service providers (hotels, transportation companies, activity operators). Yvorion acts as an agent in arranging these services and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties.

Force Majeure: Yvorion is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

7. Conduct and Behavior

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward guides, other participants, local communities, and the environment. Yvorion reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior negatively impacts the safety or enjoyment of others, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Yvorion's website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications to Services

Yvorion reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or other service components when necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide substitute services of equal or greater value.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of British Columbia.

By booking our services, you consent to receive communications from Yvorion via email, phone, or mail regarding your booking, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

Yvorion reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
